Nestled behind lush landscaping at the Southwest corner of Whitsett Boulevard and Woodbridge Avenue in Studio City, the Woodbridge Condominiums, designed by Zoltan Pali of Studio Pali Fekete architects (SPF:a), are an architectural oasis for the discerning observer. From the outside, Woodbridge12 utilizes simple geometric forms, clad in Swisspearl™ cement panels, a 100% sustainable, Swiss-made product. In addition to their striking aesthetic contribution, the panels form a rain screen and improve the overall insulation of the building. On the two primary street facades, Whitsett & Woodbridge, the architect alternated the smooth finish of the Swisspearl with rich, Parklex paneling, stucco and natural wood screens on the balconies.
